Work out the opportunity in your own numbers.
Pick how patients get onto your schedule, enter figures you already know, and the arithmetic is shown in full underneath every result. Every assumption is one you set. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
ClearMarker does not book appointments and does not sit in your booking path. It reads the ChiroTouch reports you already run, so everything here is about what happens after a booking — never about winning one.
Enter your own numbers. Nothing is pre-filled.
The maths, in full
Every number here — your own entries included — is carried at two decimal places, and each step multiplies the figure printed in the step above it. The operands you can see are the operands that were used, so every line evaluates exactly to the figure it sits under. Break-even is the one place a further rounding happens: it is worked out in exact cents so the answer always covers the cost, and the quotient is shown to as many places as it takes for the rounding stated beside it to be true of the number you can see.
What these figures are, and are not. These are whole-course figures: the eventual value of the care those patients would complete, not money landing in any particular month. When it arrives depends on how your courses overlap, and this calculator does not model that — so it makes no claim about monthly or annual cash, and none of these figures is revenue.
Patients request an appointment
- Value of one recovered patient = visits a recovered patient would attend × average collected value per visit
- Inquiries going cold a month = new-patient inquiries a month × the share you said go cold
- Recoverable a month = inquiries going cold a month × the share you said you could recover
- Whole-course opportunity from one month's patients = recoverable a month × value of one recovered patient
- Whole-course opportunity from twelve months of them = the figure above × 12 months of patients
Patients book themselves online — Booked online, but did not arrive
- Value of one recovered patient = visits they would attend × average collected value per visit
- Self-booked patients not reaching a first visit a month = patients with a confirmed online booking a month × the share you said do not complete the first visit
- Recoverable a month = those patients × the share you said follow-up could bring back
- Whole-course opportunity from one month's patients = recoverable a month × value of one recovered patient
- Whole-course opportunity from twelve months of them = the figure above × 12 months of patients
Patients book themselves online — Started care, but stopped early
- Value of one patient who stays with the plan = visits missed when a patient drops off early × average collected value per visit
- Patients dropping off early a month = patients starting care a month × the share you said drop off early
- Recoverable a month = patients dropping off early a month × the share you said follow-up could bring back
- Whole-plan opportunity from one month's patients = recoverable a month × value of one patient who stays
- Whole-plan opportunity from twelve months of them = the figure above × 12 months of patients
Both workflows
- What the subscription costs across that course = the monthly subscription fee × months that course runs
- Course-value ratio = whole-course opportunity from one month's patients ÷ what the subscription costs across that course
- Visits a month that cover the subscription = the monthly subscription fee ÷ average collected value per visit, worked out in exact minor units and rounded up to a whole visit
- Patients whose course value covers that subscription = what the subscription costs across that course ÷ value of one patient, rounded up to a whole patient
- What your admin time costs a month = hours a month × loaded hourly cost — reported on its own, and never added into the figures above
Every figure below is an ESTIMATE produced from numbers you entered. It is not a forecast, a guarantee, or a promise that any of it comes back.
This runs entirely in your browser. We never see, store, or transmit these numbers.
Want the same picture without doing the arithmetic?
ClearMarker turns the ChiroTouch reports you already run into a daily worklist for the front desk and a morning brief for the owner. Leave your details and you'll hear from Clayton Hess directly.
Current pricing is published on the pricing page: one flat monthly price for the whole clinic, a one-time setup charged at checkout after the agreement packet is executed, a free trial that starts at Operational Readiness (when the clinic is up and running on its own data), and no per-provider fees.
