Where ClearMarker enters the workflow
ClearMarker does not book appointments or contact patients. It organizes the clinic's configured follow-through while ChiroTouch remains the system of record.
Starting point
Request-first
Clinic staff work the request
Once the clinic's intake connection is configured, website-request emails can become shared records. Clinic staff still own outreach and booking.
Clinic-managed self-booked
The appointment is already booked
The patient books through the clinic's existing path. ClearMarker does not sit in that booking path or take credit for the booking.
ClearMarker operational layer
Depending on the path, ClearMarker uses the intake connection configured for the clinic or the supported ChiroTouch reports it already runs to organize role-appropriate follow-through with an owner, status, next step, and return path.
01 / Signal
A supported request or report exception is visible.
02 / Owner
The clinic's configured role sees the next step.
03 / Action
Clinic staff complete the outreach or review.
04 / Confirmation
Status and a return path keep the handoff visible.

The calculator starts blank, uses no industry benchmarks, and shows every formula. Its results are your estimates, not ClearMarker outcomes.
ClearMarker surfaces patients whose visit sequence breaks the clinic-approved care path — with the provider, the exact sequence, and a recorded flag. Each provider is evaluated against the saved care model assigned by the clinic.

Nightly CPT review lets each provider confirm or correct their own day's codes, with the correction handed to billing for follow-through.
No mystery onboarding: we guide your clinic through setup, and you are not called live until the work is verified. Six steps, in order, with the paperwork and the money where they really fall.
Leave your details and we start at step one. You hear from Clayton Hess, not a sales rep.
One packet, signed by someone who can sign for the clinic — an owner or an officer.
The packet is the service agreement plus the BAA we sign with every clinic. It has to be executed by an authorized signer because it is the document that governs both the subscription and your clinic's data, and it is what the rest of this sequence runs from.
A separate, single charge at checkout — never combined with the $499/month subscription.
The $100 setup is charged at checkout once the agreements are executed, where a payment method is collected and saved. It covers getting your clinic live on its own data, it is charged once, and it is not credited against the $499/month subscription.
Clinic profile, every provider, your front-desk workflow — then the supported ChiroTouch reports.
A guided pass rather than a form to fill in alone: your clinic profile, each provider and the care model they work to, and how your front desk actually books. Intake is configured either way — request-first, where a patient asks and your desk books it, or patient self-booked — whichever your clinic runs. Ingestion is the supported ChiroTouch reports you already pull. There is no direct EHR or API connection and nothing to install in ChiroTouch.
We check the reports land, the providers map, and the worklists read correctly to your team.
Readiness is a check we run, not a box you tick: the reports parse, every provider is mapped to the right care model, and the daily worklists make sense to the people who will open them. None of your trial days are burned while we are still building it — if something does not line up, it gets fixed here, before the clock starts.
The clock starts when your ClearMarker is actually up and running — not at signup, not at payment, not at signature.
Your 14-day trial starts at Operational Readiness. Your 14 days start when your ClearMarker is actually up and running — set up, connected, and with your data loaded and ready to look at — not when you sign up and not when a file first lands.
Month-to-month after the trial — no minimum commitment. Your first $499 is due at the end of the trial, and billing stays with a clinic owner.
When the trial ends the $499/month subscription is charged automatically — one flat price for the whole clinic, every feature, every role, every seat, $0 per provider. Billed monthly, month-to-month from your first billing date after the trial. No minimum commitment: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and nothing beyond that period is collected. ClearMarker billing sits with a clinic owner: changes to the subscription come from a clinic owner, not from staff or provider accounts.

Leave your details and we'll get your clinic set up — after the agreement packet is executed, a one-time $100 setup is charged at checkout. The 14-day trial starts once your clinic is up and running on its own data, before the subscription is charged. Flat $499/month after that, no per-provider fees.
